A monthly competition between the kitchens that just hatched in your city. There is no voting button. You vote by buying something.

Every kitchen that opened a window in the last ninety days, in your city, that is open for business. No entry fee and nothing to sign up for — hatching enters you.
Paid orders this month. That is the whole tally. A burner account cannot vote, and every vote costs somebody the price of a meal — which is why the leaderboard means something.
Top of The Street for a month, a Hatch Winner badge on your window, and no Hatch fee at all the following month.
Every marketplace has the same first problem: nobody comes because there is nothing to buy, and nobody sells because nobody comes. Most solve it by spending investors’ money on discounts until one side sticks.
The Hatchery solves it by giving kitchens a reason to bring their own customers. They post their link, their followers order, the kitchen climbs — and Hatch grows because somebody who already had an audience used it, not because we bought one.
